INCIT Updates and Fixes

• The final results are now displayed much faster

• The submission count is now listed on screen instead of in the chat box.

• Submissions are now listed in a random order

• The random theme in INCIT is now more random. There was a bug that was biasing it towards the “Emo Kid” theme.

• Removed ugly box on top of the INCIT winners page

• You can no longer submit weird characters if you prefixed them with valid ones.

Other Stuff

• HowStuffBreaks now has much less pwnage, making it a better Re-Re grinder.
