While writing Episode 2 Jalapeno purposely left a lot of it out of order. So when it came down to the stage of integrating it all together, I was left with a bunch of missions and forums that I could introduce to the player in any order I wanted. In Episode 1, we dabbled a bit with non-linearity, but we only had about 10 forums so we didn’t flesh it out very much. I listened to your feedback about our embedded IDC client and made a bunch of fixes: I changed the color to look more like the rest of the site. You can see how many people are online, and click to get a pop up of all members in the channel. Resizing is less buggy. INCIT chat has been changed to the same interface, finally we can see who is online during an INCIT round! ...

Ever since we launched INCIT, our chat room (IDC) has been a little dead. Another reason for the lack of activity is that the only link to open IDC was quite buried in Flamebate. As an attempt to address these problems, and introduce more people to chat in the process, I have embedded IDC on every page on Flamebate. Up until just now there was a flat fee of 1 Brownie Point to transfer any amount of Brownie Points to another player. This fee was put in there to make up for the fact that Brownie Points are cheaper when bought in bulk, and we didn’t want people pooling their money together to get them at a cheaper rate. However, the disadvantage was it made it quite expensive when transfering only one or two to another player. When transfering one you’d have to pay double the price! ...
