I just published Dolphin Love, and I think it’s the strangest forum we’ve ever built. Here’s the description:

Do you like dolphins? What about whales? Come discuss your favorite Cetaceans with us! Post beautiful pictures of Duskys, Orcas, Bottlenoses and more in our friendly forums. Also, new ForumBuildr tools!

We’ve upgraded ForumBuildr a bit for our Episode 2 development and we figured we’d pass the new features on to to you guys right away since they seem pretty stable!

There are two new modifiers you can apply to words. One is ::s, and it makes a word type plural. So:

@penis::s would produce “pork swords” or “penises” depending on the random word. It’s better than just appending an “s” at the end since it will properly do the “es” where appropriate.

The second is ::ing, which gives you the present participle of a word type. This is usually the same as adding on “ing” to the end, but again it’s more clever about it.

@vomit::ing would produce “barfing” for example.

Finally, we have [nl] which can be used to insert new lines into posts.
