Sort by price, sort by job type, or if you’re really OCD, alphabetically (Or reverse!!) sort by requestor.

Seconded. I think this is an awesome direction, really. Having an idea of how we’re doing… or also "Hey, the time req for this is really short, I can’t do it, so I know to try something else"
